RETURNS AND GUARANTEES 

Returns:

  • No returns will be accepted after 10 workable days from the purchase date.
  • Any return must be previously notified in writing on our form, specifying the product and the reason for      its return.
  • SIMO TRIAL, S.L. will contact you to authorize said return.
  • Any return that has not been communicated and authorized previously will be rejected.
  • Only products with the original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.
  • Transportation costs will always be paid by the customer.
  • If by mistake you have a product that does not correspond to your order, SIMO TRIAL, S.L. will be responsible for transport costs for the replacement of said product.

Guarantee:

  • All warranties for manufacturing defect must be previously notified in writing on our form, specifying the product and the reason of your problem.
  • SIMO TRIAL, S.L. will contact you to solve the problem as soon as possible and proceed to change the product.
  • The shipping cost of accepted guarantees will be in charge of SIMO TRIAL, S.L.
  • The guarantees not accepted will be paid by the customer to whom the material will be returned with the corresponding explanation.
